Fought my oil pressure sending unit with 27mm, 24mm, and 1-in deep-well sockets until I learned there is a special socket just for them.

Replaced the fog lamps on the Grand with faaaawwwwwwncy LED units.
$30 per bulb for OEM halogen replacements, vs $30 + labor for a pair of superior LED units. No contest.
Need to get them aimed properly, just have them pointing low right now. The color is more blue than I’d like, but for the price, I’m not gonna complain.

limped my explorer to firestone cause she overheated while running errands half an hour from home then paid them an exorbitant amount of money for a new thermostat housing and coolant flush so she actually holds coolant now

I replaced a mounting pin on the Volvo’s grille and found out I might need to adjust the hood latch. The neighbor’s cat also threw up under the car in the one place where I can work on it, so that’s extra fun.

I was supposed to do things. But I did not do them. A massive migraine derailed everything. Won’t get to it until next weekend. And I wanted to road trip a blue 612 t his weekend. Won’t have time to service it this week at all. Boo! I say. Boo!

Ye ah. Was going on a road trip to a memorial day car show this weekend in a caravan of front engine Ferrari’s, about 8 total. I can’t get the car prepped in time, its been sitting for 18 months and needs some love.

I am currently a 4 hour drive from the car. Was hoping to have it already. It needs work, quite a bit actually . But I am on day 4 of this migraine. It needs to go away asap. Might have to stop by the ER for relief.
